Balconies with Views of Puget Sound

The majority of Mural units feature private balconies with views starting as low as the very first floor! Pick your favorite scenery — the Olympic Mountains, the Seattle skyline, Puget Sound, or the Cascades — as views are available in all directions. Mural balconies are large enough to accommodate a table and chairs, and of course, all the fresh air you wish.

Expansive Bay Windows

Located primarily on the east side of Mural in units that do not feature balconies, expansive bay windows are available to allow residents to look up and down the street in three directions — north, south and east.

Walk-In Closets

Translucent Sliding Walls

Nearly half of Mural's units feature translucent glass sliding walls. These aluminum and frosted glass panels form one wall of a unit's bedroom so that an entire side of the room can open up into the adjacent living room — providing more natural light, interior design flexibility and a fun, modern finish.

Concrete Floors

Mural's first level features stained concrete floors, giving
these units an edgy loft-like urban appearance and a unique color scheme.
